Hi Jon - Thanks for your input; I feel the same way. It's a strong base from which to build a whole brand ecosystem.

Josh (and Liz!),
I really enjoyed reading your chat. In answer to your question Josh, a blog is not necessary, but it provides an easy and organised way to communicate with the customers, plus technically free and with so many great benefits like SEO.
It is not really enough to JUST have a blog, it should be used along with other aspects of being an open, accessible brand.

Liz, you give me too much credit! Thank you for taking the time to chat with me. I think the readers of this blog can learn a lot from you.

Psst... make sure you check out Liz's blog. She says smart things way too often for it to be an accident (unlike me).

Thanks, Josh!
You're a guy who knows what he's talking about. I enjoyed our conversation. I learned a lot just by thinking about the questions you asked. Great questions make for great conversation. You just proved that!

Can't wait until we talk again!
